Xavier Rubert

Xavier founded the firm in 2022, with the aim of offering a highly specialized service in tax and tax law and especially in tax proceedings and tax litigation.

Xavier has more than 10 years of professional experience in leading law firms such as Cuatrecasas (Palma and Barcelona), Baker McKenzie (Barcelona) and PwC (Barcelona), having advised and defended large multinationals in the technology, leisure, sports, hotels, pharmaceutical and textile sectors, among others, as well as private clients with large fortunes. He is also a Partner of the US firm Ambar Partners with clients from the Ibex 35, private equity funds and foreign multinationals.

Throughout his professional career, Xavier has provided advice in highly complex tax proceedings before the Tax Administration, Economic-Administrative Courts, High Courts of Justice, the National Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

Xavier has also been recognized by the prestigious international directory Best Lawyers in its “Ones to Watch in Spain” edition of 2023.

He has a Law Degree from the University of the Balearic Islands, having obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and Management and a PhD in Tax Procedures at the University Ramon Lull – ESADE, Barcelona and at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), Amsterdam, among others.

Xavier speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
